This beautiful white tea consists only of hand-picked buds from the tea tree, thus the name "silver needle." The thick body coats your mouth and leaves a sweet aftertaste accompanied by a hint of cinnamon. This feels like having a sweet, warm breakfast on a cold morning, akin to a comfortable hug.
Due to the size of the buds and leaves, a small can contains only 30g while the larger can contains 50g. This is to minimize breaking the flower buds which can compromise the quality of your brews.
We recommend brewing this tea at 90°C with quick infusions (40s-1min) for the first few steeps to get that sweet syrupy goodness with fruity notes that come in during later steeps. All our teas can be steeped multiple times, so please enjoy your brew for as long as you want.
