By blending green tea with silver buds and spring-harvested jasmine buds, we get a very fresh bouquet of flavors. The jasmine flower taste is at the forefront and serves as a perfect complement to the grassy green tea from Fuding, Fujian province. This sweet tea has a very smooth and creamy mouthfeel that is almost addicting.
Brewing this tea is like freshly falling rain on a flower garden. The gentle, subtle scent of water gently hitting flower petals is similar to this tea.
As a green tea, this must be brewed at lower temperatures (80-85°C) for 1-3mins in order to avoid scalding the delicate leaves which can bring unwanted astringency. All our teas can be steeped multiple times, so please enjoy your brew for as long as you want.
