This black tea is quite different from the black tea that many might be used to. With its light, delicate flavor profile and even lighter-colored brew, this tea resembles an oolong more in profile. Harvested in the second flush of the summer harvest, this tea hails from Singbuli Tea Estate in Darjeeling. This tea is incredibly sweet with a creamy texture, vanilla aroma, and dried fruit and spices in its notes!
Drinking this tea is reminiscent of eating a dessert in a high-end restaurant. The smoothness and sweetness are exquisite!
We recommend brewing this tea at 85°C for 1-2mins, but you can opt to steep it for longer to increase intensity of the fruitiness. All our teas can be steeped multiple times, so please enjoy your brew for as long as you want.
