Mango Black Tea of Fujian

This black tea is the most interesting item on our menu, with a strong aroma and flavor of mango that gives it a sweet juiciness, and an almost honeylike body. The fruity flavor is not from any additive infusions but from the natural flavor of the varietal and is enhanced by the roast and oxidation processes.

This tea comes from Wu Yi Mountain in Fujian, a rocky mountain range that is quite famous for its high-quality teas. We highly recommend this unique tea as it's very interesting in its flavor complexity!

This tea suits lying in the shade in a tropical beach, its fruity aroma is perfect for sunny days both as hot or iced tea. 

We recommend brewing this tea at 90°C for short steeps (45s - 1min) increasing brew time in succeeding steeps to avoid strong astringency or bitterness while bringing out its natural fruity and malty flavors. All our teas can be steeped multiple times, so please enjoy your brew for as long as you want.
